My father in-law Peter, has dementia, and his wife Mary, is his main caregiver. They have never paid for work on their house in their life, as this was always "Peter's job". So looking out the window at a scruffy looking fence was distressing Peter.

It was with great delight that I got a phone call from Peter yesterday, absolutely animated and thrilled with the fence now standing proudly painted. He says it's the best fence in the village, and he might start charging for people to look at it!

Joe, and his off-sider, (together with Martin who agreed to do the job) are to commended on what they did yesterday. They didn't just paint a tiny screen fence. They made an elderly man, with a terrible illness, incredibly happy and restored a window of positivity back in his life. He once again is proud.
